William Britton is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Cross Keys Capital, based out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Having successfully completed numerous domestic and international sell and buy side transactions, capital raises, IPOs, as well as advised on and executed growth strategies and turnaround plans on behalf of clients, Mr. Britton is respected as a strategic partner and a trusted advisor to business owners and their families, management, Boards of Directors and investors. In 2013, Mr. Britton and his team received the prestigious M&A Advisor Healthcare Deal of the Year Award for the firm’s advisory role in a transaction with Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing, completing the formation of Resolute Anesthesia and Pain Solutions, LLC.

 

Mr. Britton has over twenty years of experience in M&A and corporate finance as a Wall Street-trained investment banker with Morgan Stanley & Company in New York City and with Ryder System, Inc in Miami. His breadth of expertise covers mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, capital raising and comprehensive business strategy for privately held and public companies. He has performed strategic development roles on behalf of Boards, investors and equity funds to structure and grow companies, and has assisted in the development and implementation of strategies by executing M&A, alliance and partnership strategies.

 

Mr. Britton is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he received his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business and Chemistry from the University of Richmond where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and first in his class. He is a Vice President of The Wharton Club of South Florida, and is on the Board of the South Florida Region of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science.
